Hello,

I was talking to John Fitzpatrick today and telling him how impressed I have been with the entire Milroy crew that has been working at my company for the last few years.  Everyone on the team is always incredibly professional, polite and they go out of their way to make their work as unobtrusive as possible.

I asked John to give me the name of his boss so I could pass along the compliments and he gave me your email address.

I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate their efforts and professionalism very much.  I park in a handicap space and they always make sure my spot is available and clear when I arrive.  I have a chair that is fitted to my back that I take to all meetings and they always clear the path when I come down hallways and help me with my chair and anything I am carrying.  They are true gentlemen with old fashioned manners.

I should add that I am writing this flattering email while they are jack hammering loudly just above my office . . . so I must be impressed with them - ha ha. They gave us lots of warning about the loud work this week and check in often to make sure we are tolerating it.

Anyway, I just wanted to pass on the compliment to you.  You have an exceptional team and should be very proud of them.

I want to thank Milroy for their cooperation in the preparations for the AIB audit we were expecting.[..] I would also like to take this opportunity to let you know that John, Bill and Lee did a very good job with the GMP in our plant. The area looked very clean, organized and safe, and I have no reason to believe AIB will have any comments.

Hi Sam,

I would like to express my satisfaction to the superb work by your crew (Jose and Bobby) on my project. They were very knowledgeable in what they were doing, friendly, and seems to me they work in a very efficient manner. They planned everything, explained to me that they will pre drill the holes and then return to anchor with minimal hours required for the special inspector to be present. This suggestion from Jose and Bobby translated into cost saving to me. Baseline, if we are to work together again in the future which I'm sure I'll have more projects for you, I would really appreciate if you can assign Bobby and Jose for my projects.
