With strict in house guidelines in place, and close attention to OSHA/Cal-OSHA regulations, our clients can expect the highest standards. All Milroy Construction management personnel attend yearly Red Cross First-Aid and CPR certification courses.  The construction team at Milroy Construction holds weekly safety meetings, monitors the meetings of it’s subcontractors and maintains a record of all safety reports for the client.

A constant review of policy and continuous training of employees keep us up to date with the latest requirements and safety standards for the construction industry and helps to create a highly productive workplace. Our company has a zero tolerance policy that is effective from start to finish of the project.
