Pre-Construction Services

Milroy Construction provides its clients with pre-construction services that range from identifying the owners' construction and design goals, to creating estimates and schedules to fit their particular needs. Before each project, the Milroy Team develops a project budget to ensure that the job under review is within the means of the owners' goals. During pre-construction phases, Milroy Construction can provide project and site analysis, value engineering, document review and project coordination to ensure the most cost efficient design is in place. This direction is used to assist our clients to their benefit.  These methods ensure project consistency and accuracy resulting in a quality product.
