William Mitchell, trained through the Plumber and Pipe Fitters Union, worked his way through the trades to become one of the Peninsula’s most experienced facilities superintendents. While running commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, Bill developed an interactive rapport with his clients, architects, inspectors, engineers and subcontractors and today still maintains professional relationships spanning  over 30 years.

Bill’s professional experience includes 22 years as a project manager with Kinetic Systems.  Bill’s vast experience in facilities operations, mechanical systems, clean room construction and security protocols make him an asset to every project in the High Tech and Bio-Pharmaceutical field.

Bill’s integrity, reliability and dedication combined with his diversified experience has allowed Milroy Construction the capability of providing a dual role of project management and facilities coordination. A list of Bill’s notable projects include those at Applied Materials, Stanford University, IBM, Hewlett Packard, Hitachi, Sun Micro Systems, NUMMI, and Magic Semi-Conductor.
